The first year of new M.Sc. programme «Physics and technology of nanostructures» joint with Aalto University (Helsinki, Finland) has started.

The first year of programme is held in the research laboratories of CIOT (ITMO University). The second year will be held at the Department of Micro- and Nanosciences (Aalto University, Helsinki) and Micronova Center, which is the largest Scandinavian research center for micro and nanotechnologies.
